The School of Life
I was the co-founder, with Alain de Botton, of The School of Life. What began as an experiment in a disused London stationery shop has grown to become a global ideas brand. The original shop is now closed, but the resources we created with artists and designers, thinkers and therapists have spread further than I could ever have imagined. The School’s original purpose remains the same: to present the history of ideas in ways that help us with the challenges of everyday life.
