Everyday Wonder: restoring curiosity and awe in daily life


Life is always winking at us, calling our attention to things we’ve overlooked or pointing us towards mysteries beyond our understanding. But so often we miss what’s right in front of us, being lost in thought or tethered to a to do list.

This course is an opportunity to recover our noticing muscles, paying attention to what is uplifting, encouraging or restorative in our daily lives, attending to the things, people and places we love and savouring small moments of delight.
